Easter Dinner - Serves 4-6 people
The main star of the show will be a traditional glazed ham just like Mom used to make, but with a modern twist. Fork tender, slow roasted ham glazed with a unique combination of Dr. Pepper and Dijon that joins together to create a wonderfully sweet dish with a hint of tang. This ham will have everyone jumping for seconds!
Chef Paul is making his famous scalloped potatoes. Loaded with creamy Gruyere cheese, onions and herbs and baked to a golden brown this side is sure to be a hit for the entire family.
We could not decide which vegetable would be the best for this meal because there are so many excellent options out there. So we figured why have one when you can have two? We are making Tuscan Style Asparagus and Lemon Parmesan Broccoli. Both roasted until tender and marinated with the flavors to create a delectable side to this family style meal.
And what meal would be complete without fluffy, buttery dinner rolls? None! So we added those too!
We are also including a unique strawberry salad that has the perfect balance of sweet and saltiness.
Keeping in the line of tradition we made Nonna's Ricotta Pie for dessert. An old fashioned favorite that is a wonderful way to complete an Easter Feast!
